Uh…so the day that I took a 6 hour comprehensive exam to earn my Master’s Degree was wasted? The day that my best friend got married was wasted? Sunday, a day that I spent cleaning my house and getting up to date on all my errands, was wasted? All because I “skipped” a workout?
No, forget that. That’s not a healthy mentality. There is more to your life than working out - Never forget that the other actions and events during your day also have value. You’re not inherently wasting time just because your attention is focused elsewhere.
has it ever occurred to you that you could change your life right this second if you really wanted to? you could stand up and yell at your teacher if you wanted to, you could place yourself in a life or death situation if you wanted, you could even take that risk and just spontaneously and passionately kiss the one you really love by surprise. you could change the entire outcome of our lives, and if our lives are really as bad as we say they are, why won’t we take those chances.
So I have decided that it is time to get my life together! This means working out regularly and eating better. I can’t do this alone, I need your help! :) please reblog if you run a fitblr, and/or post stuff relating to health and fitness! (if you really don’t wanna reblog this, just send me a message requesting a follow. This is only because Idk if some people will like this post for their own reference or not)
